This family’s 1960’s home in Hamilton East was the perfect starting point for their renovation project.

Sitting on a quarter acre section, they wanted to make the most out of the huge back yard and add a living wing opening onto a large deck. To make the most of the space, we reconfigured the interior with the kitchen and bathroom being moved to create a better living flow and central hub.

By the end of the project, the family had a beautiful home that catered to their growing family. We also added a range of modern features to give the home a more contemporary feel, such as new flooring, lighting, and a fresh coat of paint. These changes gave the home a new life, and the family were thrilled with the result.
