This classic 1930’s brick house was ready for a renovation & perfectly positioned on its site for an extension while still maintaining plenty of outdoor space.

The new owners were a family of 6 and while it was just a small 3 bedroom home they had grand plans of extending and renovating to create a modern family home.

To create more space they extended the bedroom wing to the back of the section, adding 2 rooms and creating a master suite, added a large TV lounge and reclaimed a back porch and external laundry to open up the kitchen/dining space.

This extensive renovation included a full rewire & new plumbing, insulating and relining almost every room of the house and moving old windows to put in extended areas so the home maintained its vintage charm from the street view.

The entire section had an overhaul with landscaping front and back, a large rear deck and extensive concreting out front creating plenty of space for kids to play!
